Scope:

Constructed in 1921, the Sylvan Glenn Bridge is now requiring replacement owing to its aging and deteriorating condition. The initial phase of this bridge reconstruction involved the removal of the current two-span bridge from the existing concrete abutments. The forthcoming structure will adopt a single-span design, featuring semi-integral abutments and precast prestressed box beams to facilitate two lanes of traffic.
