Joseph has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry with extensive bridge and concrete formwork projects in his portfolio. His experience in managing large and complex heavy civil projects, accompanied with hands on experience has empowered GMP Contracting to continue to grow and become a leading bridge contractor in Ontario. Prior to joining GMP Contracting in 2010, he began his career as an owner operator for a family owned custom homes business, which constructed over 50 homes throughout the Greater Toronto Area. In his current role as Construction Manager, Joseph fosters a teamwork approach while overseeing quality control, optimizing production and maintaining team morale. Joseph approaches all projects with strategic focus and emphasis on maintaining a clear path towards achieving the project goals.

Paul has over 20 years of experience in the heavy civil construction industry. He is knowledgeable in all phases of project management and delivery with extensive experience in a wide range of public, institutional and commercial projects. Pauls’ practical experience with a range of implementation strategies has provided him with the tools to successfully balance project requirements. He is an innovative problem solver, a thoughtful and collaborative manager and an effective communicator and decision-maker. Paul manages his projects through teamwork, motivation and a proactive approach with focus on maintaining project goals.

Daniel joined GMP Contracting in 2017 and has quickly become a valuable asset to the team with his versatile skillset. His 3 years of experience in performing takeoff analyses and calculating cost estimates for a drywall contractor has transitioned well into helping GMP Contracting throughout the bids and tendering process. As a Project Coordinator, Daniel is involved with assisting in all aspects of managing ongoing projects including tracking budgets and working in close liaison with clients. He has also taken on the role of Internal Auditor and will be a key component in helping GMP Contracting become COR™ Certified. His work ethic, enthusiasm, and attention to detail are what excel him to achieve project goals and create satisfied customers.

Robert joined GMP Contracting in 2019 and has becomes a valued member to the team with a divers skillset in business and project management.  With a background in entrepreneurship Robert has grew up in a construction based family and took that knowledge to build a business in real estate. It’s his interpersonal skills and knowledge of budgets that makes him mesh well with client and other representatives of projects.
