Scope:

GMP Contracting undertook the complete removal and replacement of the Silver Birch retaining wall in Tiny, Ontario. Using a Gradall, the team performed extensive excavation work to dismantle and remove the old gabion basket retaining wall. The new structure spans 195 meters in length and stands 3 to 4 meters tall, incorporating approximately 1,500 cubic meters of gabion stone baskets. This critical infrastructure ensures driver safety by stabilizing the steeply sloped terrain along Silver Birch Drive.
