Scope:
In honour of the former Member of Parliament Ed Broadbent, born and raised in Oshawa, the city has dedicated a park in his name. The construction of this sign is the first step towards the full development of the new park in his name that includes landscaped walking trails. The full scope of this project included excavating for poured concrete walls, masonry work, landscaping and custom metal work.
